Hardcastle - With only two songs available to the public, Hardcastle has quickly made a name for themselves in the world of the indie/alternative/pop genre. Hot off an opening slot for The Griswolds in their hometown of Atlanta, GA, the band is eager to release an album in preparation for a Summer tour.
Hyper Rational Media says in a write up, “Hardcastle has just begun, and we will be sure to see them climb their way to the top. With a great sound, and even more outstanding personalities to match, Hardcastle is the band you need in your life.”
Hardcastle has grown a strong following on social media mainly through their first single, Paralyzed. Music blog Roseplaylist describes the song as ‘unbelievably catchy, and very obviously influenced by modern indie rock, yet still a style very much their own.’ They are currently aggressively promoting the release of their single Millennial Attraction, out 3/17/17. At a pivotal point in their journey, Hardcastle’s focus is on recording their debut album.
DBMK - is an alt-pop act from Tampa, Florida generating buzz with their
single “Pills” getting spins on WSUN 97X and several other alternative
stations. DBMK has been featured recently in Strife Magazine among
other alt music press outlets like Unclear and Depth Magazine. Since
the release of their first album, DBMK has independently amassed
nearly 1.5 million Spotify streams and due to their explosive live
performance they've also played alongside and supported acts such as
The Neighbourhood, Walk The Moon, and twenty one pilots.
Sleeptalk - Hailing from Southern California, Sleeptalk formed from the ashes of the now defunct pop-punk band Like Giants. After the disbandment in 2013, vocalist Anthony Fitzpatrick and bassist Paul McGill found themselves pining for a new sound that stretched beyond the confines of their previous group. Joined by Jason Fitzpatrick (guitar), Justin Melchor (guitar) and Jacques Harmandjian (drums), the quintet make use of strong, haunting hooks that weave into atmospheric melodies. The self-described “space rock” sound creates the framework for Fitzpatrick’s alluring lyrics of sex and youthful love which can be heard all throughout the debut EP Pure. Their second EP, YOUNG, was released on December 4th, 2015. Thought 2016, the band dropped new music videos and worked on new music for a late 2016 release.
Sweetbay - In the early months of 2015, SWEETBAY was founded in Newnan, Georgia by Lance Mapp, Zach Deloach, and James Tiernan. Their dynamic sound and performances have begun to make waves in the music scene. SWEETBAY's music is often described as soulful, guitar driven indie rock with a colorful, electronic twist. Taking inspiration from acts such as Colony House, M83, and Coldplay, SWEETBAY likes to take raw, emotional rock and build a wall of synths and ambient pads around it. A combination of Lance Mapp's ever so slightly bluesy vocals and roaring guitar, James Tiernan's thunderous bass lines, and Zach Deloach's creatively off the wall drumming, along with the lush sounds that surround them will leave you wanting more after every performance.
