Orchestra Noir invites you to a stellar orchestral and fashion event like no other - “Runway at the Symphony”! This black-tie event will be a night celebrating Atlanta’s rich fashion and music culture! The nation’s most talented male and female models will walk the runway as Orchestra Noir, led by maestro Jason Ikeem Rodgers, paints the musical soundscape with the most phenomenal works ever written for the orchestra. Guests will walk the red carpet and mingle at a DJ-ed pre-concert soiree with a cash bar, before making their way into the beautiful Center Stage Theater. There, they will witness an artistic collaboration never before seen in Atlanta! Get ready for a dazzling feast for the eyes and the ears!
Orchestra Noir is The Atlanta African-American Orchestra! Founded in 2016 by Music Director, Jason Ikeem Rodgers, Orchestra Noir acts as a living testament to the African-American legacy of excellence and resilience in Atlanta and the nation. Our mission is to showcase and celebrate the musical excellence as well as the business and cultural achievements in our community here in Atlanta through concert events.
Gaining commercial and critical acclaim by fusing classical music with pop culture, Orchestra Noir has collaborated with international hip-hop superstars Migos and 2 Chainz for the “Culture” album which reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. In addition, Orchestra Noir’s historic first season culminated with a performance featuring nine time Grammy Award winning producer and DJ Bryan-Michael Cox in an epic orchestra vs. DJ battle designed by Maestro Rodgers.
