The Welcome Home is an indie-pop band based out of Athens, GA. Shortly following their debut in the Fall of 2014, TWH was welcomed into the Classic City with open arms. A year later, the quintet released their first EP, A Land Outside Of This. This six-song record features an eclectic collection of stories and sounds derived from influences such as Coldplay and Young the Giant. A Land Outside Of This has caught the attention of audiences across the globe, taking the band to exciting, new places.
Characterized by their large sound, The Welcome Home lends a colorful new voice to the indie scene with their vibrant melodies and allegorical stories. As they develop and expand, the band continues to increase their musical palette, adding new elements to the tasteful indie-pop that they are crafting.
“The Welcome Home's sound is lush, larger than life and brazenly sincere. I feel like I'm under a waterfall in high winds as I listen." - Johan Harvey (Livewire Athens)
Isaac & Joel, the musical project of lifelong friends Isaac George and Joel Norman, is an indie-pop duo from the outskirts of Atlanta. They began making music together in middle school, recording covers and freestyle raps on their parents' computers. Now in their early 20's, they have become more serious about their music, while still retaining the freedom of being young and somewhat reckless. This youthful, daring style exemplifies itself in their music, but is accompanied by both member's love for classical composers such as J.S. Bach, Haydn, and Brahms, giving the listener something deeper than the average pop song.
