Casual Cadenza is a four-piece American jam band from Atlanta, GA. “In music, a cadenza refers to an improvised ornamental passage played by a soloist or soloists, usually in a free rhythmic style, and often allowing for a virtuosic display.” Casual Cadenza puts a modern and unique twist on this concept. Feel good music is what this band is all about, hence their “casual” approach. Their style has been described as “beach funk”, with a strong blend of catchy hooks, extended jams, and genre crossing spontaneity. Their live shows are centered around high energy peaks and creative improvisation. Much of what happens in their live sets is created in the moment without any written preparation.
