Eagles of Death Metal
Eagles of Death Metal is an American rock band from Palm Desert, California, founded in 1998 by best friends Jesse Hughes and Joshua Homme. The group has included a wide range of other musicians that appear on the band’s studio albums and live shows. EODM’s current touring lineup includes the ever-present Hughes, Leah Bluestein on drums, Scott Shiflett on guitar and Dustin Douglas on bass
Despite their band name, Eagles of Death Metal is not a death metal band and is intended to be humorous. With a sound that’s a combination of “bluegrass slide guitar mixed with stripper drum beats and Canned Heat vocals,” and a frontman in Hughes who is known for his over-the-top stage histrionics and evangelistic interaction with his fans, the band’s live performances are a sight to be seen.
EODM has released four studio albums to date — Peace Love Death Metal, Death By Sexy, Heart On, and Zipper Down — and has toured the world extensively over the past two decades. A brand-new studio album is in the works for a worldwide release in 2025.
Headsend
Built first and foremost as a live band, HEADSEND have quickly made their name on stage. The trio—Rasmus King, Kyuss King, and Bon Soric—have built momentum through relentless touring, supporting Wunderhorse on their sold-out Australian run and sharing arena stages with Tool and AC/DC.
Their debut Angel Glands EP features ferocious singles “Stove” and “Chugg,” alongside the hazy anthem “And Angel,” capturing the raw intensity of their live performances. Recorded live in-studio with Nick DiDia (Pearl Jam, Rage Against the Machine, Stone Temple Pilots), the project preserves the grit and energy that define their sound.
With over 40 shows across Australia in the past year, HEADSEND are expanding globally with upcoming headline dates, a debut at The Great Escape UK, and further runs across Europe and the U.S. Backed by TaP Management and WME, the band is primed for a breakout year in 2026.
