HARBOUR
Since their formation in 2014, HARBOUR has gone from packing rooms in their native Cincinnati, to selling out venues across the United States. Members Ryan Green (vocals/guitar), Jarett Lewis (guitar), Ryan Sulken (drums), and Devon Turner (guitar) have curated an infectious indie pop/rock sound that transfers seamlessly into their live shows.
During their tenure as a group, HARBOUR has delivered an EP, 10 singles, and 4 full length albums – the latest of which, entitled “To Chase My Dreams, Or To Just Lie Down?”, was released in February, 2023 after much anticipation. Fresh off a two-leg, multinational tour in celebration of the album, and with more music in the works, the band has no plans of lying down anytime soon.
Abby Holliday
There comes a time in every artist’s career when the art form transcends a mere outlet for self-expression and becomes a universal gift to mankind. For some it takes years, for Abby Holliday it was there from the start. Her vulnerable introspection and brutal lyricism combined with mind-bending sonic sensibilities and a distinct production style immediately fused a bond between her and her loyal fan base. Holliday masterfully guides listeners through moments in time extremely specific to her own life that puts words to collective experiences of the human condition, reaching into places we might not have known existed prior.
Abby found her voice during her early years of college where she began quietly writing songs in the confines of her room. After a friend heard the songs and encouraged her to share them, Abby met producer Jonathan Class and set off to record her debut album WHEN WE’RE FAR APART I FALL APART. It was in these studio moments where Abby’s sound began to take shape, a launchpad for her sophomore album I’M OK NO I’M NOT. Holliday and Class experiment with a wide range of sounds from vocoded vocal stacks, to jarring synths, to lush strings and piano, to a tasteful blend of organic and synthetic rhythm sections amassing in a discography that runs the gambit of the most beautiful songs to songs that smack you in the face with unforgettable hooks and driving beats. CRACK A SMILE COME ON STAY A WHILE, Holliday’s highly anticipated junior record, is out now.
