How old do I need to be to attend a show?

Unless otherwise stated, all shows welcome all ages to attend.

I am bringing my child to a show. Do we both need tickets? Or is there a place for me to wait?

A ticket is required for each person to enter the building. There are no common/waiting areas within the building. Parents may consider Atlantic Station, the Canopy Hotel or a nearby restaurant to wait for their kids.

I am nervous about leaving my children alone. Is it safe?

Our management, show staff, security and APD officers are here to provide a safe event environment for all attendees. We encourage parents to attend a concert with their children and experience live music together. We expect that you’ll be confident in the experience and gain trust for a solo show in the future.

Where can I purchase tickets?

All tickets can be purchased online at

Tickets may also be purchased in person at the venue’s box office, Monday – Friday, 11am – 6pm or upon entry to the show if tickets still remain. We are a CASHLESS venue so our box office ONLY accepts major credit/debit cards. Phone orders are not available from the box office.

Complimentary parking is provided for box office customers during daytime box office hours in the garage beneath Center Stage. Park only in spaces marked “Box Office Parking”. A 15 minute parking limit is strictly enforced.

What is ‘General Admission’?

Unless a show is specifically advertised as “Reserved Seating”, it is General Admission (or ‘GA’), which means that there is not assigned seating for your ticket and is likely Standing Room Only. If you have any questions, feel free free to call our box office at (404)885-1365.

How do I purchase ADA Accessible Seats?

Please call (404)885-1365 for accessible seating.

My ticket says General Admission, but has a row / seat number…

Row and seat numbers on General Admission tickets are included for internal inventory purpose. These are admittedly confusing but a standard practice of ticket companies. If the ticket says General Admission, GenAdm or GA, no reserved seating exists.

Do I need to print my electronic (PDF) ticket?

Printed tickets are welcome but tickets can also be scanned from your phone.

Where do I pick up will-call or guest list tickets?

Center Stage will-call and guest list is available at the Box Office beginning 1 hour prior to doors. The Loft & Vinyl will-call and guest list are available at the door upon entry. A valid ID is required.

I lost my tickets. What do I do?

We’ll do our best to help you out. Bring your photo ID and credit card used for purchase to the Box Office. If you have a confirmation email, bring that along too.

What is the refund / return policy?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, unless a performance is cancelled.

Where should I park?

*Center Stage does not operate any parking lots, not even the one beneath our venues. This information is intended to be helpful but we cannot guarantee rates or availability of lots.

Parking in the lot beneath our venues ranges from $8 – $20.

Other public lots are located throughout Midtown.

Are cameras or video recording allowed?

Generally, phone cameras and small point-and-shoot cameras are permitted, unless an artist prohibits photos altogether. Video recording, Ipads, tablets, GoPros and audio recording devices are prohibited. Show policies, if known in advance, will be posted on the event page on

What is the smoking policy?

Smoking, electronic cigarettes and vaping is prohibited. Violators are subject to ejection without refund. Please be respectful of your fellow concert goers and exit the building to get your fix.

Do you accept credit cards or have an ATM?

All major credit cards are accepted at the bars and box office for most shows.
Artist merchandise and the occasional private event may accept cash only.

ATMs are located in each venue for your convenience.

What should I wear?

As long as you are fully clothed and comfortable, you’re good to go.

What time should I arrive?

Doors are scheduled to open 1 hour prior to the time on your ticket. Lines often form on the corner of 17th Street and West Peachtree Street early.

Do you offer a coat check?

When the season calls for it, we often do.

Do you serve food?

No food is currently served. We’re working on that and hope to have new offerings soon.
