How old do I need to be to attend a show?

Unless otherwise stated, all shows welcome all ages to attend.

I am bringing my child to a show. Do we both need tickets? Or is there a place for me to wait?

A ticket is required for each person to enter the building. There are no common/waiting areas within the building. Parents may consider Atlantic Station, the Canopy Hotel or a nearby restaurant to wait for their kids.

I am nervous about leaving my children alone. Is it safe?

Our management, show staff, security and APD officers are here to provide a safe event environment for all attendees. We encourage parents to attend a concert with their children and experience live music together. We expect that you’ll be confident in the experience and gain trust for a solo show in the future.

Where can I purchase tickets?

All tickets can be purchased online at www.centerstage-atlanta.com

Tickets may also be purchased in person at the venue’s box office, Monday – Friday, 11am – 6pm or upon entry to the show if tickets still remain.

We are a CASHLESS venue so our box office ONLY accepts major credit/debit cards. Phone orders are not available from the box office.

Complimentary parking is provided for box office customers during daytime box office hours in the garage beneath Center Stage. Park only in spaces marked “Box Office Parking”. A 15 minute parking limit is strictly enforced.

What is ‘General Admission’?

Unless a show is specifically advertised as “Reserved Seating”, it is General Admission (or ‘GA’), which means that there is not assigned seating for your ticket and is likely Standing Room Only. If you have any questions, feel free to call our box office at (404)885-1365.

How do I purchase ADA Accessible Seats?

Please call (404)885-1365 or email info@rivalentertainment.com for accessible seating.

My ticket says General Admission, but has a row / seat number…

Row and seat numbers on General Admission tickets are included for internal inventory purpose. If the ticket says General Admission, GenAdm or GA, no reserved seating exists.

It says a show is sold out. Is it really?

It is sold out and there are currently no tickets available for the event, however you can subscribe on the Ticketmaster listing to have an alert sent to you if more tickets become available.

Where is Will Call?

Will Call is located at the entrance to each room. You must provide a valid photo ID.

Someone said they put me on the guest list; can you check?

You will need to contact the person who arranged this for you. Sometimes guest lists won’t be received until the very last moment.

I lost my tickets. What do I do?

We’ll do our best to help you out. Bring your photo ID and credit card used for purchase to the Box Office. If you have a confirmation email, bring that along too.

What is the refund / return policy?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, unless a performance is cancelled.

They’re typically resale sites. Examples are: StubHub, Vivid Seats, and any other site that is not Ticketmaster. We are not responsible for the validity of any tickets purchased via third party vendors.

Where should I park?

*Center Stage does not operate any parking lots, not even the one beneath our venues. This information is intended to be helpful but we cannot guarantee rates or availability of lots.
