Toad the Wet Sprocket

Toad the Wet Sprocket, the beloved alternative rock band from Santa Barbara, California, first captured  audiences in the late 1980s with their heartfelt lyrics and melodic sound. Rising to prominence with  albums like Fear (1991) and Dulcinea (1994), they became known for hits such as “Walk on the Ocean,”  “All I Want,” and “Good Intentions.” Their ability to blend introspective songwriting with catchy, folk influenced rock has cemented them as a lasting presence in the music world.

Throughout their career, Toad the Wet Sprocket has maintained a deep appreciation for their dedicated  fanbase, whose unwavering support has allowed them to continue making music on their own terms.  Whether through live performances, new recordings, or reimagining classic tracks, the band remains  committed to delivering music that resonates with longtime listeners and new audiences alike. Their  connection with fans is at the heart of everything they do, making every tour and release a shared  experience.

In 2025, Toad the Wet Sprocket will be on the road once again with their Good Intentions headline tour,  joined by Semisonic, KT Tunstall and Six Pence Non the Richer, bringing their signature sound to  audiences across the country. In addition, they are putting the finishing touches on an acoustic greatest  hits album, set for release later this year.

KT Tunstall

The Grammy®-nominated Scottish Musician burst onto the music scene with her 2004 multi-platinum debut, Eye to the Telescope, which spawned the global hits “Black Horse and the Cherry Tree” and “Suddenly I See.” These songs established Tunstall as a captivating and dynamic performer, as well as a Songwriter with a singular knack for balancing introspective folk and propulsive rock.”There are 2 immediate, recognizable pillars of my style,” she says. “I have this troubadour, acoustic guitar-driven emotional side. Then there’s definitely an electrified rock side of my work with rawness and teeth.” After selling everything she owned and moving to California in 2015, she spent the next 7 years on her album trilogy. She describes the 1st record, KIN, as “an absolute Phoenix out of the ashes, it was the result of a profound personal shift, and finding my feet again after facing some really hard truths.” More challenges awaited her upon the release of 2018’s WAX. “Halfway through the tour for WAX, I completely lost my hearing in my left ear. I lost an extremely important physical part of my body whilst touring a record all about the body.” KT was understandably wary about what might happen while making her mind record, NUT. And of course, it came in the form of a global pandemic. However, now that the trilogy is complete, she has the perspective to appreciate the solace and healing she experienced as the songs unfolded. It’s the soundtrack to me creating a new version of myself.

Sixpence None the Richer

Sixpence None the Richer began in New Braunfels, Texas when guitarist Matt Slocum met vocalist Leigh Nash at a church retreat in the early 90’s. Their debut LP, The Fatherless & the Widow, appeared in 1993 and was followed by their Dove Award winning sophomore effort, 1995’s This Beautiful Mess. After the success of that album, Tickets For A Prayer Wheel – featuring B-sides, original compositions and cover songs – was released in 1996.

Signing to the small indie label Squint Entertainment In 1997, the band released their self-titled album featuring the hit single Kiss Me. Universally adored and responsible for catapulting the band into world-wide mainstream success, the song has been and continues to be featured in countless movies, tv shows, soundtracks, and commercials. To celebrate the albums 25th Anniversary, Curb Records re-released this record as a collectible vinyl series in early 2024. The double album features remastered original album tracks, acoustic versions of their biggest hits (Kiss Me and There She Goes), and The Tide, a new song by Leigh Nash and Sixpence currently with over 2 Million views and streams across platforms.

Sixpence None the Richer looks forward to creating new music, touring the world and engaging with their loyal and diverse, multigenerational fan base into 2025 and beyond.
